ART

In the morning we got to choose art,music,dance or drama and i chose art because it is so cool and really

fun to do. Me and Jed went to do the same thing and did awesome work and ended up finishing 6 cool pieces of art. And then we had to do another piece of        

Quick Write Blending In

As they dashed of a glimmer of stripes could be seen in a herd of shadows racing around the stripes it has like a horde of horses the stripes were almost blending in with the Gray horses it was the fog that made the 

stripes blend in it look as if the stripes was a zebra when the horde of hoses went a way a dash of sun light 

came upon the zebra but the zebra didn't sink the shadows of horses would really go away then the horses came back and then went to find the zebra it was like the zebra was getting track down by just horses 

the zebra did't sink that they would find the zebra. When the night began to shin it is so easy to find the horses because they are like shadows in the fog. The horses got to the point were they gave up and then 

went to there home and then the zebra was safe from the horses.                       

Inquiry

In inquiry we have been learning about planets and volcano's. And we have been budding up in little groups like three's and two's and me and Jed and Hezekiah are in a team because we are doing planets. So we had to but we have been doing a lot of work like panting and making and it is fun because we are helping each other because it is a kind thing to do and we are buddy's. Also when we have been making the planets it was a little bit difficult because we had to make the planets out of paper and tape and so we had to paint them it took a while but we got there. And then when it was dry me Hezekiah went to the garden for a piece of wood because for the platform. And we did find a piece of wood and then we had to clean it so it would not look disgusting. We ended up having to paint it black and put the planets on it and then having to take a photo.

Matariki report

Matariki is a celebration of the seven stars in the sky. It is on the 24th of June every year because it is a special thing to have with your family and friends and people who need it. Matariki is something that we do for our ancestors. When they passed it on to as. we delivered friendship to other people. how we delivered it. We celebrate matariki differently from what we did in the olden days. We made people laugh, sleep, and eat a lot of food and play games and fly kites. Matariki is important to remember the dead and the Maori New Year. When people hear these stories with us we then tell them our story’s. I think that Matariki should be a holiday because we get together and spend time with your family and friends and it helps other communities and people.

Gardening

 in the past week we have been doing gardening and planting lots of plants. when were done 

we have a choice to do Dodge-ball or still do gardening but i all was do dodge-ball and same times i get out in death mach because i don't look were i go but in proper Dodge-ball I get out from Tyson and Luke most of the time. When we pack up we go back to class and do epic or read books then when were done 

we go with Nigel and do actual work.
